when the smoke covers the dawning sun
blood and sword tooth and claw become one
masks the sounds of suffering and pain
crowning those who leave the biggest stain
clay bodies, shatter the battlefield
but neither side is yet to yield
when the fatal are left to die
no one asked where their morality lies
where does your loyalties lie
when the one that you serve brings ruin and disaster
when all but the shell has left, who is your master?
when the one that you serve brings death and disaster
when only the shell remains, who is your master?
cut burn slash rip the fated red line
sever the bonds of fate that keep you alive
run from the purpose, run from the pain
run from the consequences of leaving a stain
when you're all that you serve brings ruin and disaster
when of just body and mind, who is the master?
when you're all that you serve brings misery, disaster
when of just flesh and soul, who is the master?
when sick of the conflict, when sick of the lies
how do you reconnect when you've severed all ties
sick of the loneliness, sick of the truths
emotions or doll, which one you'll choose

listen up, lost wandering soul
i will tell you a story as one's past unfolds
a lonely life, that can never age
will u lend an ear to the wisdom from such sage
a spoiled life, the princess of the moon
beauty birthed from nobility
a bowl a branch a robe a jewel a shell to have my hand
an impossibility
yet i question this life, perfect as a dream
is this the life i want? i ponder and think
then i spot the chalice, the elixir of desire
i raise my glass and drink
cast out! is how they punish me
betrayed by those beneath my feet
princess no more, my lunar home is gone
i escape to the greener world below
i shall now live on dirt soil and filth
with the humans i so hate
isolated hidden within bamboo, my new home Eientei
eternal youth health and memory, is my perfect immortality
exiled cast out cuz I'm an ageless being, stuck in a death-loop of my own morality
stuck in a death-loop of my own mortality
i now sit and wonder what went wrong, is betrayal worth my peace

slumber, awoken to a scene, a duel waged at 3
Mugenkan, broken by some teens, infuriate me
ego, a magician to a tee, steals laser beams
miko, wants to seal me, when i just want sleep
among the vast flowery sea, are past and present and future me
in this garden of my dreams, i plant the seed
facing the fated sun, they bend where gusts of wind will blow
when it all is reduced to none, i too shall go
flowers, as far as i can see, not caused by me
gather, souls of the deceased, spring comes early
blooming, unnaturally it seems, the dead are not free
cycle, a 60 year repeat, brings back memories
BRINGS BACK MEMORIES!
pedals, torn off with the stems and leaves, what's to become of me
scatter, souls of the deceased, spring ends early
autumn, the season of release, memories so fleeting
wither, the soul that is me, return to empty

the hill of valleys, lilies poison all
where the nameless and abandoned go
a child was left, a daughter no more
to become contamination incarnate

at the farthest reaches where the living cannot be
stands a woman with a scythe, a blue vest, a white dress underneath
she introduces herself, she goes by the name Komachi
though confused and dazed, i know she is a Shinigami
approaching a dock, a boat appears before me
"you're dead sir" she spoke, "to pass on there is a fee"
with no pockets nor form I reply "I no have money"
"not the currency of old" she responds, "but the sin of your greed"
dead or living, boundary i lie
is this my sunset, or my sunrise
fate is sealed by, reaper sights
to be ferried, away tonight
memories flashback to the past as i pay the fee
who knew that moving on to rest was never free
the river spans wide and long to reflect sins of old
the journey is long and far just like my greed i'm told
I don't know where I'd be
Heaven, Hell, or Purgatory
Then the God of Death turned towards me and said
Hell is more fitting
Hell is more fitting
You followed your shadow and lived a life only for yourself
You stole and took and drained of others of wealth
I did not want to, I had too, life was cruel to me
and i took from those who did not need the money
Death does not care for your circumstances, its what you make of your life
What you did, regardless of need or want is sin
Then I rather, be a-live as sinner then dying away with no will to live
Fuck the abuse, I'll misuse, and take all things i have for granted within
As the river finally ends, and i step off the boat
Only the girl remains, standing afloat
Across the Sanzu River, I ask, "what is my fate?"
"Judgement" she spoke, "of the highest order, the Yama King"

Go!
cast off the end of the river, i find myself on my knees to a lecture
stands a girl reflecting my past, my wrongs in a mirror
my sins on a stick, a tool for the rules, to hell i must go
fixated by distinction, sickened by this decision
regrets, no chance, redos, takebacks
my fate, my pain, mistake, no way
descend into hell, a punishment, [as an exchange]
over my own choice, with no voice, [for petty change]
regret forever, a choice to live, [the weight of my sins]
reflect traumatize, and despise, [who i am inside]
when I'm already dead and assigned my fate
there is no need for lecture, not in my place
why must the yama, point out my mistakes, the ones i hate, the ones i create
so tell me...
Tell me! Tell me! Who wrote the rules?! Who wrote the rules determining sin?!
Are you a saint or a fraud?
Impartial or playing god?
if color was brought in by light
why is judgment seen in black & white
is it god or your kin
who wrote the rules determining sin?
why do the words of the yama king
decide my fate, my everything?
TELL ME!!!!
